Before entering property management, Michelle spent 13 years working internationally as a chief stewardess on superyachts. This experience required exceptional organisation, asset care, presentation standards and communication.

Michelle now applies those skills to tenant selection, property inspections, maintenance coordination, tenancy administration and regular landlord reporting.

She places particular importance on identifying maintenance concerns early, helping owners protect the condition and long-term value of their investment.
