Moving from Mangawhai when her youngest approached school age, Tracy found herself re thinking life and work and her desire to find a balance for herself and her family and relocated to Kerikeri.  They built a new home and started a new life, focusing on family and enjoying the beach lifestyle Kerikeri has to offer (sandy toes are happy toes). 

Tracy studied and achieved a Level 4 in business studies and started her career in the real estate industry 14 years ago as sales administrator, qualified as a real estate licensed salesperson, then moved into property management.

She has accumulated the skills and knowledge to assist you with a professional yet personal approach.  Additional to her love for real estate, Tracy embraces technology, she looks forward to utilizing all the e-tools possible and necessary to truly receive an outstanding client-orientated experience.
