Essence of our Ray White Network

By Laura Knox-Whyte

Annie captures the essence of our Ray White network with her recent Testimonial.

“At present I can only refer back to September 2008 although we have stayed with Ray White Kerikeri longer than that.

Approximately 10 years ago we were in touch with Pauline Bacon for the first time as our Property Manager. During this time, Pauline has excelled in her level of service, communication and assistance. We have relied on her discretion in choice of tenants in what was our holiday home as we live overseas; we have always been happy with those forwarded to us. To add to choices, we have always been happy with any tradesmen recommended. Included would be whoever made new curtains, gardeners when required, painters, electricians etc as each left our property neat and tidy.

Occasionally we have asked Pauline to send small NZ gifts for us, easily and quietly done. Covid has made life difficult or different for everyone which also has to be acknowledged across NZ.

Pauline recommended a Ray White Paihia lady who sold our home in four days right at the beginning of a lockdown recently, that in itself was a huge achievement for us. The final small point was the ease of paperwork during the sale, Ray White send paperwork to their offices including overseas which made our commitment easy. A 4km trip to our local Ray White who had printed our paperwork, when completed the papers were sent back to New Zealand all with a smile and no charge to us. Excellent service.”  Grannie Annie
