A natural storyteller, she possesses the unique ability to breathe life into each marketing campaign, ensuring that the right buyers are attracted to your property. Barb’s background in marketing, tourism, and logistics equips her with a wealth of skills and experience. This unique blend of experience, dedication, and the personal touch ensures a seamless and rewarding experience for both vendors and buyers alike.

Having relocated to the Bay of Islands in 2007, after years of holidaying in the area, Barb and Paul successfully operated an award-winning bed and breakfast before deciding to follow their joint passion for real estate. They have two children, eight grandchildren, and two kittens.

Beyond their professional endeavours, Barb and Paul are engaged in their community. Their involvement as swimming coaches and officials, sparked by their children’s participation, has evolved to nearly three decades of dedicated service to Special Olympics – an organization they are both passionate about. They are also involved in Rotary, play Pickleball, and are ‘back-up/relief’ hosts for international students at Kerikeri High School.
