Barb Linton

Barb Linton is a Licensee Salesperson with Ray White Kerikeri and works with Paul Linton as Team 2-for-1. Together, they offer the combined availability of two full-time licensed real estate professionals.

Barb brings experience in operations, marketing and property storytelling. She and Paul share open homes, buyer follow-up, owner communication, marketing and negotiation, with Barb helping communicate each property's character and practical features.

Local residents since 2007, Barb and Paul previously operated an award-winning bed and breakfast. Their work includes residential homes, lifestyle property, accommodation-style property and helping buyers relocate to the area.

They serve Kerikeri, Waipapa, Waimate North, Okaihau, Haruru and the wider Bay of Islands communities.

Barb's Ray White recognition includes 2023/2024 - Executive Performer.

Their community involvement includes Rotary and Special Olympics, and they occasionally host international students from Kerikeri High School.
