Super Gold Card

Ray White offers SuperGold cardholders a 10% discount on its commission when they list and sell their residential property through Ray White, subject to the current offer terms.

Request the discount before signing

The property owner must request the SuperGold discount before signing the agency agreement, and the offer must be recorded on that signed agreement. The SuperGold cardholder must be one of the property owners.

Ray White’s national terms state that the discount is applied at the time of sale as 10% of the individual agency’s gross normal standard commission. It cannot be combined with another offer or promotion.

Understand the actual cost for your sale

Ask the Kerikeri team to explain the normal commission, the discount calculation and the agreed fees for your proposed sale. Clarify marketing and other costs separately so you can understand the full proposal. Do not assume a discount from commission reduces every sale-related expense.
