Paul Linton

Paul Linton is a Licensee Salesperson with Ray White Kerikeri and works alongside Barb Linton as Team 2-for-1. Together, they offer the combined availability of two full-time licensed real estate professionals.

Paul brings commercial, sales and marketing experience to the partnership. He and Barb share open homes, buyer communication, follow-up, marketing and negotiation, combining their different professional backgrounds throughout a property campaign.

The couple have lived locally since 2007 and previously operated an award-winning bed and breakfast. Their work includes residential homes, lifestyle property, accommodation-style property and helping relocating buyers.

They serve Kerikeri, Waipapa, Waimate North, Okaihau, Haruru and the wider Bay of Islands communities.

Paul's community involvement includes Rotary and Special Olympics. He and Barb occasionally host international students from Kerikeri High School.
