Michelle Leeming is a dedicated and approachable Property Manager at Ray White Kerikeri, known for her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for both landlords and tenants. With a calm presence and clear communication style, Michelle builds strong, lasting relationships and works diligently to deliver practical, solution-focused outcomes.

Her career began in hospitality before she spent 13 years working internationally as a Chief Stewardess on super yachts. Travelling the world in this high-level role sharpened her exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay composed under pressure. Managing complex operations and delivering five-star service became second nature, foundations that now serve her clients well in property management.

Since returning home to New Zealand, Michelle has brought that same level of precision, efficiency, and people-first service to the property industry. She understands that behind every property is a person, and she approaches each situation with empathy, clarity, and a steady hand.

Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time outdoors with her children. Whether she’s walking along the beach, casting a line, or tending to her garden, she finds joy in the simple things, a reflection of her balanced and grounded approach to life.
