4 hours worth of:

  • Window washing
  • Oven cleaning
  • Exterior waterblasting
  • Garden weeding
  • Lawn mowing

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Property must be listed exclusively for a minimum of 90 days with Ray White Kerikeri within the Kerikeri area.
  2. Property must be listed for sale between 20th September 2022 to 16th December 2022
  3. The owner decides what the 4 hours cleaning will entail with up to 4 hours worth of Interior* (Interior house cleaning | Window Washing | Oven Cleaning) OR 4 hours of Exterior** (Waterblasting | Garden weeding | Lawn Mowing) OR a combination of 2 hours of Interior* and 2 hours Exterior**.
  4. Any tasks conducted by the cleaning company over and above the 4 hours at the owners request, will be charged to the owner directly.
  5. This offer is based upon contractors chosen by Ray White Kerikeri.
  6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
  7. Ray White Kerikeri reserves the right to withdraw this promotion.
